Freddie Revu – Service Terms & Conditions

Welcome to Freddie Revu, a managed service provided by Freddie Digital ("we", "us", "our"). By submitting an onboarding form, starting a free trial, or subscribing to our service on revu.freddiedigital.uk, you ("the Client", "User") agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions.

1. Scope of Service

Freddie Revu provides managed digital review hubs, custom QR code generation, dynamic link management, and scan analytics.

  • Managed Setup: We build and configure your digital review page and deliver print-ready QR artwork files based on the information provided in your onboarding form.
  • Updates: Core and Growth plans include managed monthly link updates as defined in your chosen subscription package.

2. Subscriptions, Onboarding & Billing

  • Setup Fees & Subscriptions: One-off setup fees cover manual hub creation, graphic artwork styling, and initial configuration. Monthly subscriptions cover ongoing link hosting, analytics tracking, dynamic redirection, and managed support.
  • Recurring Billing: Subscriptions automatically renew monthly via our secure payment processor (Stripe) until canceled by the Client.
  • Free Trials: If you sign up for a 7-Day Free Trial, your account will run for 7 days without charge. At the end of the trial period, you must select a paid plan (Core or Growth) to maintain active QR redirection and analytics hosting.

3. Client Responsibilities & Asset Uploads

  • Accuracy of Information: The Client is solely responsible for ensuring that all review profile links (e.g., Google Business Profile, TripAdvisor, Facebook), WhatsApp manager phone numbers, and business details provided in the onboarding form are accurate and active.
  • Uploaded Content & Logos: By uploading logos, images, or branding assets via our onboarding form, you represent and warrant that you own or hold the necessary copyright/licenses for such materials. You grant Freddie Digital a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, resize, and display these assets solely for the purpose of creating your review hub and print artwork.
  • Prohibited Content: You may not upload or request redirection to materials that are unlawful, defamatory, deceptive, or infringing on third-party intellectual property rights.

4. Service Availability & Redirection

  • QR Hosting: We endeavor to maintain 99.9% uptime for your digital review hub.
  • Cancellation & Inactive Links: If a subscription is canceled or lapses due to failed payment, Freddie Digital reserves the right to deactivate or redirect the associated QR code links after a 7-day grace period.

5. Limitation of Liability

  • Freddie Digital provides the infrastructure for review collection and issue routing. We do not guarantee a specific increase in third-party review volume or Google star ratings.
  • We are not liable for third-party platform policy changes (e.g., updates to Google, TripAdvisor, or Facebook review guidelines) or for missed WhatsApp notifications caused by incorrect phone numbers provided during onboarding.
  • Our total liability under these terms shall not exceed the total amount paid by the Client in the preceding three (3) months.

6. Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales.
